The purpose of providing a Group Zoom Contact is to provide periodic confirmation of usage and to allow for notification of any changes to Meeting ID’s or Passcodes. The only requirement for use is that a contact name and valid email address be provided to the Intergroup by each group that wishes to use this service. Any group in our community may take advantage of this service regardless of financial need. In support of the South Bay CoDA community the Intergroup has decided to offer Zoom access to any registered CoDA group in our region (San Mateo and Santa Clara counties). Therefore we ask that groups not use services paid for or provided by employers or other businesses. This practice is in violation of our 7th Tradition which states that we are self-supporting through our own contributions, and does not comply with the idea that a CoDA group remains unaffiliated with any outside enterprise.
